Mutharika Appoints Lieutenant General Kalino as Deputy Chief of Defence
President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has appointed Lieutenant General Kondwani Gift Kalino as the new Deputy Chief of Defence for the Malawi Defence Force (MDF), with immediate effect.
