Innobuild pumps in K1.1million sports equipment to Kawale Police Station

As one way of promoting Sports, Kawale Police Station’s football, and netball teams have received a huge boost on Monday, July 3, 2023, when Inno Build Estate Agency stepped in forward as a generous sponsor.

In a ceremony which took place at Inno build head office , the ceremony was attended by the Officer in charge of Kawale Police Station Mr Aubrey Kawale, Inno build Managing Director Billy Jonathan Chiotha as well as other esteemed officers.

The football team was presented with a brand-new football kit that will undoubtedly help to improve their performances in the upcoming Commissioner’s Trophy.

The Commissioner’s Trophy is a highly anticipated sporting event within the law enforcement community which provides an opportunity for stations like Kawale Police to showcase their talents and compete against other stations in the Central West region.

During the ceremony, the Officer in Charge of Kawale Police Station Assistant Commissioner Aubrey Kawale ( ACP)expressed gratitude on behalf of the entire station for the generous sponsorship. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of sports in promoting a healthy work-life balance for the officers, enabling them to serve the community more effectively.

The Officer in Charge also acknowledged the positive impact that sports can have on the overall well-being and morale of the police force.The support extends beyond the financial contribution, as it represents a strong partnership between the private sector and law enforcement. Such collaborations helps to build bridges between different sectors of society and fostering mutual understanding and trust.

To put the icing on the cake, Inno build Managing director also made a pledge of K500,000 cash if the Kawale Eagles eventually becomes the winner of this prestigious trophy.

This is is the first time for Kawale Police to receive such a histolic package of sponsorship from the private sector.

Coach Sub Inspector Patrick Phambana is expected to steer his troops to championship .
