The Dr. Jane Ansah Foundation has taken a significant step in promoting inclusivity and empowerment by donating essential items to 522 persons with disabilities at the Malawi Council for Disability Affairs (MACOHA) in Blantyre.

The donation includes 200 bags of soya pieces, 200 bags of maize flour, 100 solar lanterns, and 22 gardening hats. The items are aimed at improving the daily lives of beneficiaries by addressing basic needs such as food, lighting, and support for small-scale farming activities.

This initiative highlights the foundation’s continued commitment to building an inclusive society where persons with disabilities have access to resources and opportunities. By focusing on practical support, the foundation is helping beneficiaries become more self-reliant and active within their communities.

The impact of the donation is expected to be significant, as it directly benefits over 500 individuals. It also sets an example for other organizations and individuals to support vulnerable groups, helping to strengthen a culture of compassion and social responsibility in Malawi.

Through this gesture, the Dr. Jane Ansah Foundation is not only providing relief but also contributing to long-term empowerment for persons with disabilities.
