The Dr Jane Ansah Foundation has donated food and essential supplies to support vulnerable children attending an Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centre in Blantyre.
The donation was made at Soche CCAP, where children and caregivers under the church’s Early Childhood Development programme are benefiting from the support.
According to the foundation, the donation included maize flour and soya pieces to help improve the children’s nutrition.
All the items were provided directly by the Dr Jane Ansah Foundation, with no corporate sponsors or external partners involved in the initiative.
Director of Operations Lewis Kamundi confirmed the donation, saying the intervention forms part of the foundation’s ongoing commitment to improving the welfare of young children in Malawi.

Staff at Soche CCAP received the donation on behalf of the children and their families, describing the support as timely amid growing food and resource challenges facing many Early Childhood Development centres in urban Blantyre.
The foundation said it will continue monitoring the impact of the donation to ensure it benefits the intended recipients.
The Dr. Jane Ansah Foundation was established to uplift vulnerable communities in Malawi by providing humanitarian support, promoting self-reliance, and improving access to education, health, and economic opportunities.
