FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Head coach Kalisto Pasuwa said he is still in building phase as his team opens a three-point gap over second-placed Silver Strikers.

Pasuwa was speaking at Mpira stadium in Blantyre after his team beat Bangwe all Stars 2 nill in the TNM Super League.

“We were good in the first-half but we lost possession in the second-half as we were try to play long balls, instead of putting the balls in spaces for the Strikers to run. Luck enough we have managed to get all the points. We are building a new team which can be more powerful and dangerous than this that we have now,” said Pasuwa

A brace from Lanjesi Nkhoma in the first-half was enough to make taste the pungency of the defeat in the elite league.

The people’s team have now collected 13 points from the possible 15 and Bangwe are still fourth on the table waiting for the results of the games to be played over the weekend.

Mavuto Lungu who is the Head coach for Bangwe All Stars acepted the defeat.

“We were playing with a Big team, although we have been defeated it doesn’t mean we were afraid of them . The problem is that we had a blink in the first half as we concerned two goals. When you play teams like these, they punish you when you blink. We have played very well that’s why Bullets suffered in the second half and we will take from there going into our next game,” said Lungu.

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets are travelling to Lilongwe to face Silver Strikers on Sunday as they will be spicing up the Kamuzu Day Commemoration event and they will also face Civil Service United in their next game.

On the other hand, Bangwe All Stars will face Mighty Mukuru Wanderers in their next game should there be no changes.
