NRFA to conduct a draw for Nyasa Capital Finance Cup
Northern Region Football Association says all is set for the draw of Nyasa Capital Finance Cup this Thursday at Luwinga Technical in Mzuzu.
The association’s General Secretary Masiya Nyasulu says everything is set for the draw as they are anticipating competitive games.
“All is set for Nyasa Capital Finance Cup draw and the inclusion of division one and Castel district champions will add competition in the cup.”
“We have registered 24 teams and we believe the cup will give teams time to stay active after league games” Said Nyasulu.
Mayamiko FC won the Nyasa Capital Finance Cup last year after defeating Chitipa United on penalties after a goalless draw in regulation time at Mzuzu Stadium.
Nyasa Capital Finance is sponsoring the Cup with K23 million per region following the rise from K65 million to K70 million for all regions this year.
