K10 million windfall gives Kasungu businessman fresh hope after years of losses

A K10 million prize from the Win Big Promotion has given a new lease of life to Kasungu-based businessman, Fatsani Ndelema, who plans to revive and expand his tobacco buying and selling venture.

Ndelema, from Kalamba Trading Centre, received the prize in Lilongwe on Friday and described the win as a turning point after years of struggling to recover from losses suffered in 2005.

He said the money will serve as capital during the tobacco marketing season, enabling him to strengthen his business and increase profits.

Ndelema expressed gratitude for the unexpected windfall, saying he had long prayed for an opportunity to restore his fortunes.

The businessman revealed that his journey in the promotion began with daily winnings of K11,000, before eventually landing the K10 million jackpot.

Despite the major win, Ndelema said he remains determined to continue participating in the promotion in pursuit of the grand prize vehicle.

He also urged others not to lose hope, saying persistence can lead to life-changing rewards.
