Nigerian Prophet Daniel Arrives in Malawi for Two-Day Crusade
Nigerian preacher Prophet Wiseman Daniel has arrived in Malawi ahead of a two-day crusade scheduled for November 6 and 7, 2026, at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe, where he is expected to lead prayers for spiritual transformation under the theme “Malawi for Greener Pastures Crusade.”
Speaking during a press briefing in Lilongwe on Monday, Daniel said his visit was driven by what he described as a divine calling to minister to Malawians, urging people to focus on Jesus Christ rather than his personality.
He expressed confidence that the crusade would usher in a new spiritual chapter for Malawi, with expectations of healing, deliverance and blessings through faith in Jesus Christ.
“I want to assure Malawians that a new day has come for the country to experience greener pastures and a new level of survival because God has remembered Malawi,” he said.
Daniel, who described himself as a representative of Jesus Christ, said Malawi had featured prominently in his spiritual experiences while travelling and ministering in different countries, interpreting this as a sign of God’s love for the nation.
He called on Malawians to attend the crusade in large numbers, saying the gathering would provide an opportunity for believers to seek divine intervention and spiritual renewal.
Apart from the stadium crusade, Daniel announced plans to hold a pastors’ conference on November 9, 2026, aimed at engaging church leaders and strengthening the Christian community.
He also revealed plans to visit elderly people, young people, orphans, widows and other vulnerable groups as part of the ministry’s outreach programme.
Speaking at the same briefing, Malawian pastor Lucas Israel said Daniel’s arrival had generated expectations among believers, encouraging Malawians to attend the crusade and seek spiritual renewal.
Daniel, who previously served as a disciple of the late Nigerian televangelist Prophet T.B. Joshua, is expected to deliver messages centred on faith, healing and spiritual transformation during his visit.
