Radio Maria celebrates 25 years of broadcasting in Malawi
Radio Maria is marking a significant milestone as it celebrates 25 years of broadcasting in Malawi. The anniversary is being commemorated with a special Holy Eucharist ceremony.
The event is taking place at the new headquarters of the radio station, located at Area 43 Alimaunde, St. Patrick’s Parish in the Archdiocese of Lilongwe. The ceremony is led by Archbishop George Desmond Tambala, who is officiating the special Mass.
Dr. Mathews Mtumbuka is honored as a distinguished guest at the celebration. The event reflects Radio Maria’s commitment to its mission of providing religious and community programming over the past quarter-century.
