Finally: MISA recovers Its Facebook page after being hacked

The Media Institute for Southern Africa (MISA Malawi) has announced that they have recovered their Facebook page after some unknown people hacked the page for no reason.
On January 23,2023 MISA Malawi says their Facebook page has been hacked by unknown hackers who posted things that do not reflect to MISA Malawi advocacy work or idea.
In their statement MISA Malawi says their colleagues from Malawi Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) and MISA Regional Office worked hand in hand with them to recover the page.
“We would like to thank colleagues at Malawi Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) and MISA Regional Office for supporting our efforts to recover the site.”
The hackers were posting some video which were contrary to MISA Malawi advocacy work or idea which shocked many people who follow the MISA Malawi page.
For the past two years it has been seen that many well known Facebook pages are being hacked by unknown hackers.
It is not known whether the hackers has been traced and known.
