Bullets dare Karonga United in a must win game

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets will this afternoon play Karonga united at Karonga stadium in a must win game to increase their chances of defending the championship.

The defending champions are currently tied up on top with Silver Strikers on 56 points with only goals separating them while their sworn rivals Mighty Mukuru Wanderers are third with 55 points.

Host gaffer Trevor Kajawa said they are ready to take on Bullets and cement their position in top 8 of TNM super league.

“We know people are talking alot but we as Karonga united we are ready for the match so that we can win and increase our chances of finishing in the top 8”. Said Kajawa

Kajawa continued to say that all players are available for this match as they have no injuries and has called upon all their supporters to come in large numbers and patronise the game as this gives morale to the players.

His counterpart, Callisto Pasuwa said that he expects a tough match as Karonga is a tough team when you are playing them at their backyard.

” We expect the boys to be ready mentally you know they are very young so yeah you know the pressure is there but we need head up and see how we can penetrate them and get the result”.Pasuwa said.

Both teams are coming from defeats in league as Karonga suffered a one nil defeat to Mighty Tigers in Blantyre while Bullets lost with the same margin against Dedza Dynamos at Dedza stadium.
