World Relief Network Busy To End Child Abuse in Dedza

People of Senior Chief Kaphuka in Dedza thanked The World Relief Network which is working with different churches on a good job delivering to the Area on fighting against child abuse.
Speaking during the meeting in Dedza ,Chair person for Chimbiya Church Group Joseph Mpokosa said that uniting with stakeholders and others can be the best way of making sure that child abuse is end in the area.
” The coming of World Relief Network has brought in changes in this area. we have seen them fighting for Child marrieges so that children should be sent back to school ,and empowering different churches with parents to make sure that the children are well protected from any kind of abuse ” said Mpokosa
The Officer in Charge for Chimbiya Police Unit Stanford Thole expressed happiness due to the coming of the Network in the good job is doing to the community
Thole disclosed that , World Relief Network has helped in sooting out other issues which the community was bringing to the police station concerning the children abuse scandals
The O.C explains
“We were registering many complaints from the community before, but the World Relief Network has now helped us in solving some Cases. This Network is playing a major a role in this area. Therefore parents are supposed to be serious in encouraging their children to go to school because education is the key instead of encouraging them into early marriages and gambles. “
Magret Malata the Child protection worker added that there is a need of parents and leaders to work with the World Relief Network to make sure that child marriages are end and children have been sent back to school as a way of protection their rights.
Different churches in Senior Chief Kapeni in Dedza district are working hand in hand with the Network to end different abuses children are meeting with.
