Marine,Changalume elect new Executive Committee

Two MDF teams MDF Marine and Changalume Barracks from the southern region who played in Thumbs up premier Division has elected new Executive Committee in readiness to the 2023 football season.

The Mangochi based Malawi Defence Force team MDF Marine has now had a new Executive Committee board which has been elected on Tuesday February 21, 2023 in Mangochi.

According to a statement that The Malawi Guardian online has indicate that six people has maintained their position and the least has new faces.

The new faces are Team’s Chairman Capt Kadam’manja, Vice Chairman WOII Stuart Lungu, General Secretary Vilinyo Dzimbiri, vice General secretary CPl George Chimbiri, treasure S/SGt Mbewe, Discipline master WOII Mande, scout Lt Mandoloma and four committee members namely Mr ISSA, Brenda Chunga from Dzimwe radio station, Thokozani Nkhoma and Jameson Mkolokosa.

While the Zomba based team Changalume Barracks Executive Committee is read by Chairman MAJ. Manjawira C.O, team manager is 2nd LT S.C Msasa and Vice team manager is CPL C.

Alisen, Technical director is 2nd LT U. Nyasulu and Coach is LTD Liwonde, vice is CPL M. Njovuyalema and third coach CPL William Chiwanda just mention a few.

This has come amid the start of 2023 football season which will kick off in the month of April in the country.
