NRFA Simso Innobuild Presentation Set for February end

The Northern Region Football Association has set February 26 as the day for a prize presentation for Simso Innobuild League slatted to take place in Chitipa.

The Association’s General Secretary Masiya Nyasulu says all is set for prize presentation in three weeks where Chitipa United will be officially crowned Champions.

“All sponsored have confirmed so come February 26 preferably in Chitipa we will give prizes to those who did well last season, it was one of the most competitive league ever and was decided on last weekend of the league” Nyasulu said in an interview.

Nyasulu added that the association is currently working on Top Four Bonanza for this season.

“We have started preparations for this year’s Bonanza and sponsors have started showing interest to assist with funds” said Nyasulu.

The Champions Chitipa United will pocket MK 3.5 Million second placed Baka City will get MK 2 Million while third placed Kadona Stars will get MK 1 Million with fourth placed Mzimba United getting MK 600 000 .

Saulos Moyo of Mayamiko Stars finished the league as Top goal scorer with 15 goals.

The NRFA League is jointly sponsored by Simso and Innobuild to the tune of K10 Million for a season.
