ACB to arrest Kayuni, Malunda on fraud

The Anti-Corruption Bureau is expected to arrest former Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) and a Senior State Advocate, Dzikondianthu Malunda as the two are being charged with fraud.

The Corruption graft-busting has announced that it has warrants of the arrests of the two public figures.

Steve Kayuni who was fired by the State President as the DPP and Dzikondianthu are being reasonably suspected of having committed an offence of misuse of public office which is contrary to 25B (1) and (4) of the Corrupt Practices Act.
