Innobuild Offers Relief to Namilongo Road Commuters in Zomba

As part of it’s Corporate Social Responsibility, Innobuild Limited is returning something as a Christmas gift to people of Zomba by maintaining the Namilongo Road which has been in dire state.
According to a Facebook statement by Billy Jonathan Chiwotha who is Innobuild Managing Director the development comes in the wake of commuters on the road having trouble using it especially during this rainy season.
“We embarked on a quest of maintaining the Namilongo Road in Zomba. A project fully funded and implemented by Innobuild Limited Company.

“The road is impassable every rain season and we took this initiative to give back to the people that support our business. And we are not doing it alone, we are doing it with them, the locals, the owners of the road thereby giving them employment while making them a better road”
Chiwotha added that; “Ka mphatso ka Christmas aka. We’re more than just a real estate.”
Meanwhile in related development, Innobuild has opened it’s business in Machinga district.

Commenting on this Chiwotha said since their aim is to help Malawian to have their own land that is why the company decided to extend to eastern region district.
“We are in Machinga, Nsanama, in association with Machinga District Council. Here we have started surveying the land which is earmarked for a secondary town for Machinga District besides Liwonde.
“The new Nsanama Town will have over 3,000 plots residential and commercial plots and an Industrial Park.

“The aim is to make Malawi for Malawians First and Malawians in Machinga and surrounding areas this is the time you’ve all been waiting for. Innobuild is here. We lead, they follow,” he said.
