Babatunde attracts interest from Foreign Clubs

South African Club, Venda Football Academy and Ugandan Giants, Vipers FC are interested in roping in Nyasa Big Bullets and 2022 TNM Super League top-goal scorer, Babatunde Adepoju, π»ππ π΅πππππ πΊππππ πππππππ
Nyasa Big Bullets Chief Administrative Officer, Albert Chigoga has confirmed the development saying the South Africa Football Association First National Division side have penned them asking for the services of the towering striker but they are yet to hold negotiations with the Club.
“We responded to them after expressing their interests in the player. We told them that we have no problem as long as they meet the valuation of the player which $50,000. They have not come back to us since then,” Chigoga told the Nations.
Venda Football Academy is a South African football club based in Venda, South Africa. After previously playing in the SAFA Second Division, they moved to the National First Division at the start of the 2021-22 season after businessman Robinson Ramaite purchased the franchise from Cape Umoya United, according to πΎππππππ ππ.
Babatunde Adepoju who came to Malawi back in 2017, joined Nyasa Big Bullets from Mighty Mukuru Wanderers last year. Within his first 18 months with the people’s team, Baba has managed to win three golden boots and three Trophies disregarding the Charity Shield.
He won the 2021 Airtel Top 8 golden boot after scoring 8 goals in three games before winning the 2022 FDH Bank Cup golden boot award with 5 goals from 5 games. He also won the just-ended Super League golden boot after scoring 18 goals.
