Mutharika’s son arrested over Mzimba mass grave
Police in Lilongwe has on Wednesday arrested the step son to the former rulling Party’s President, Professor Authur Peter Mutharika, Tazikira Mafubza for allegedly in relation to the Mass Grave in Mzimba.
Last month [October], the dead bodies of 30 people who are allegedly to the Ethiopians were found in Mzimba, Mtangatanga Forest Reserve.
National Police Spokesperson Peter Kalaya told media in Lilongwe that they have been looking for the suspect for the past three days.
“We have been looking for him for the past three days in relation to the mass grace in Mzimba. Fortunately, he has hang over himself at Area 30. We have strong evidence for that,” said Kalaya.
