The 2016 Super League Champions are on number 3 with 51 points from 26 games and they have four games to play before wrapping up the league this season.

The Club’s Assistant coach, Blessings Kawanga said the main target of the team is to finish in top three this season.

Kawanga made the sentiment during the pre-match pressing ahead of their grudge match against Silver Strikers who are coming from back-to-back victories over Dedza Dynamos and Moyale Barracks.

Kamuzu Baracks are coming from a 1-0 victory over Blue Eagles and they have played 13 games without a defeat. Their last defeat was against Nyasa Big Bullets at Civo Stadium.

In their last 9 meetings, Silver Strikers have been the better team over the Soldiers, winning 6 times while KB managed to get only one win with two games ending in stalemate.

In the first round, Silver Strikers ruthlessly hammered KB by three goals to nill at Silver Stadium.
