CRFA first round log table out

……….Three teams relegated from the league

The Central Region Football Association (CRFA) have released the final log table of first round of 2022 Chipiku Premier League Division where Kawinga, Airborne Rangers and Silver Strikers Reserve have finished as group leaders.
According to the log table, Kawinga Football Club have finished on position 1 in Group A with 24 points and are seconded by Milias Pofera Jegwe side LUANAR Football Club who finished with 23 points same as Ngwanje Football Club on third position while Extreme Football Club are on position four with 22 points but have game in hand against Play Football Malawi.
However the Kasungu based gaints, Kasungu Police Football Club popularly known as Payaka have been relegated in the Mpira Mkumaka League from Group A after finishing on position 8 with 10 points after played 14 games.
In Group B, Silver Strikers Reserve have finished on position 1 with 27 points seconded by Mbadzi Football Club with 26 points and Kamuzu Barracks Reserve are on position three with 23 points while St Gabriel Medicals Football Club have finished on position four with 22 points, all played 14 games, and Mitundu Strikers have been relegated from the league after failed to collect enough points.
In Group C, the Salima solders Airborne Rangers are group C leaders with 32 points, while the Mchinji based team Villa Football Club are on position two with 22 points and Support Battalion are on position three with 21 points while Wimbe United have finished on position four with 20 points.

However Green Rangers Football Club have been relegated in the league from Group C after failed to collect enough points as they only managed to collect 8 points after played 14 games.
Speaking with CRFA Fixture Secretary Wales Kazonde says all teams that have qualified in group stages should start they preparations as the Central Region Football monther body CRFA have no ample time.
“We will not have a break and teams should continue they preparations as this week the second phase of our league will resume,” he says.
The winner of Central Region Football Association Primer League Division automatically have a ticket of playing in elite league, TNM.
Last year, Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar Football Club were the champions of Central Region Football Association Primer League which is being sponsored by Chipiku stores where Promise Kamwendo from Extreme Fc was a top goal scoler after netted 22 goals.
