KB, Dedza battles in mid week fixture

Kamuzu Barracks Football Club assistant coach Blessings Kawanga says his side is more than ready to face Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar Football Club in TNM Super League on Wednesday afternoon at Champions Stadium.

Kamuzu Barracks who are coming from win over the weekend after hammering Red Lions at Balaka Stadium will face the Dedza outfit who are coming from draw against Mighty Mukuru Wanderers at Dedza stadium on Sunday.

However Kamuzu Barracks assistant coach believes that his side will collect maximum points over Dedza Dynamos and they want to revenge the results of first round of TNM Super League where the solders were hammered by Dedza Dynamos at Balaka Stadium by 2-1.

He further says this season the Chiwoko boys wants to finishes in top three of TNM Super League therefore they are geared to continue collecting maximum points in the league.

“We know them very and we are ready for the game. They beaten us in the first round but this time around we hope it’s our turn to beat them,” he says.

Commenting on his part, Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar Football Club head coach Dan Dzimkambani says despite not having enough time of preparations they are going at Champions Stadium for the mission of collecting maximum points.

“We have three assignments this week but we will take each game according to dates and venues. This week we are starting our journey by facing Kamuzu Barracks therefore we are ready for the game,” says Dzimkambani.

After Wednesday game both sides will travel separately as Kamuzu Barracks will be in southern region where they face Mighty Tigers on Sunday at Mpira stadium while Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar Fc will be in northern region with two assignments as they will face Karonga United on Saturday before facing Ekwendeni Hammers at Rumphi stadium on Sunday.
