Simso, Innobuild league in final week of clusters

The Simso Innobuild league committee says two teams from Cluster A and C will qualify for next stage while three teams from Cluster C will qualify and one best loser will reach the next stage.

Association’s General Secretary Masiya Nyasulu says two teams from Cluster A and C will qualify for the next stage while Cluster B will produce 3 teams and the association will find the one best loser from all Cluster to complete 8 teams for the last stage.

As we head to the last week of Simso Innobuild League Clusters stage only 2 teams have qualified for the next and final stage, some teams will have to wait until the last day of the clusters to know who qualifies fior the last stage.

As of Wednesday 3 August three teams Mayamiko Stars from cluster C and Baka City from cluster A and Kadona Stars have qualified for last stage.

In cluster A Baka City has qualified with 17 points with a game to play against second placed Chitipa United which has 10 points and needs two points from their two games against bottom placed Lufita and log leaders Baka City, while Iponga will be hoping to win their last game against Chilumba while playing Chitipa doesn’t get any point from their two games.
In cluster B new comers Kadona Stars have already booked their place into the last 8 with 24 points with 3 games to round up the cluster games, other two teams will be confirmed in final three days, second placed Mighty Rumphi Wanderers have 23 points with two games to play while Chintheche and Ekwendeni United have 23 and 20 respectively and have a game to rap up the cluster games.

In Cluster C Mayamiko Stars have qualified with 15 points from 8 games second placed Raiply has finished with 12 points but can be overtaken by either Mzimba United or Mzimba Young Bullets depending on the outcome of their games against bottom placed Embangweni as both teams have 10 points.

In Cluster A Lufita FC will take on Chitipa United at Lufita.

In Cluster B Kadona Stars will play against Ekwendeni Hardnockers at Mudyaka Ground While Ekaiweni Tafika Sports Academy will take on Mighty Rumphi Wanderers at Ekwendeni Community.
