Muhala, Mulli granted bail
The Lilongwe Chief Resident Magistrate Court has granted bail to former Secretary to the Office of the President and Cabinet, Lloyd Muhara and businessman Leston Mulli.
CRM Madalitso Chimwaza has granted the bail on conditions that each should pay K500 000 cash bond, present one surety bonded at K10 million non cash and must report to Area 30 police once every fortnight.
They have also been ordered to surrender travel documents, in case they have not already surrendered such to another court.
They have also been ordered not to interfere with state witnesses.
