A standard 2 learner killed in Mangochi

A minor has been killed in Mangochi at a bush near M’dibwi fishing dock.

Mangochi police station public relations officer Sub inspector Amina Tepani Daudi confirmed about the incident.

The child,Nazir George, 7,who was learning at Makumba primary school was hit in the head with a big stick which was found besides him which had blood stains.

According to a report from Mangochi district hospital,the minor died due to loss of blood.

Currently Police are keeping in custody Limbani Sani who is suspected to be the one did the evil and up to now the man is not disclosing why he killed the boy.

Sani, 22,will be charged with madder contrary to section 209 of penal code and will appear before court after completion of paper work.
